Registration It is important to register early to ensure admission to this conference. Advanced registration deadline has been extended to April 5th due to problems with our check out system; after that time a $50.00 late fee will be charged. Final registration deadline is May 1st. There will be no on-site registration unless space is available. The registration fee of $245.00 covers all conference sessions, materials, and the Friday dinner.

Spouse/Dependent Attendance We have included a special rate of $130, which allows spouses or dependents to attend all the conference sessions. A Friday dinner ticket is included.

Cancellations and Refunds Refunds will be granted up to April 10th. A fee of $25 will be assessed for cancellation.
Symposium Auction Dinner Dinner tickets are included in the registration fee. Extra tickets will be available at check-in for $25.00 each.
